Services
Green Rooster KC, LLC provides residential and commercial lawn care and property services in the Kansas City metro area. Service availability, scheduling, and scope are subject to change. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
Booking & scheduling
Appointments booked through our website are subject to confirmation. We will contact you to confirm availability. Green Rooster KC, LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed in writing. All online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Invoices not paid within [X] days may be subject to a late fee.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or suspension of service.
Property access
By booking a service, you grant Green Rooster KC, LLC permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested service. You are responsible for ensuring the area is safe and accessible (e.g., pets secured, gates unlocked).
Liability
Green Rooster KC, LLC carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 2 days of your appointment and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
